Author Why is it so much harder to go to work, knowing that today will be my last day for a whole calendar month?

I was literally bouncing into work this morning as today was my last day until the new year (which is technically only a week and 3 days away but my wording sounds better)
I love last days. It’s the first days I find it hard to motivate myself into going.
